Seven Seas Explorer Restaurants & DiningFamed for their approach of providing guests with a range of complimentary dining experiences, those on Seven Seas Explorer are guaranteed to satisfy even the most discerning food enthusiast. On Deck 4, you will find Compass Rose, which is the ship’s main dining room. There are three specialty restaurants on Seven Seas Explorer. Prime 7 is the ship’s ‘steakhouse’ and offers a choice of delicious meat and fish dishes. Chartreuse specialises in French fine dining, and Pacific Rim is a celebration of Asian cuisine, with favourites including Korean BBQ lamb, Dim Sum and Miso Black Cod. In terms of more informal dining options, La Veranda is perfect for a spot of al fresco lunch when the sun is shining (La Veranda becomes the Italian restaurant ‘Sette Mari’ during the evening), while the Pool Grill serves up American classics such as burgers, hot dogs and pizza throughout the day.
