Rocky Mountaineer Day-to-Day Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival Day:
Upon arrival in Calgary, you’ll be met by a Regent Seven Seas Cruises representative and transferred for your overnight hotel stay at the Fairmont Palliser (or similar).

Day 2
After breakfast at the hotel, board your private sightseeing tour & transfer from Calgary into the Canadian Rockies. Experience the breathtaking Banff Gondola, Bow Falls, Surprise Corner, and the Hoodoos. Your stay for two nights is at the Rimrock Hotel in Banff or similar. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy as you please; maybe take advantage of the facilities at the hotel and its surroundings or venture into the wonderful town of Banff.

Day 3
Today you will board your private motor coach for a sightseeing tour of Banff & Yoho National Parks, including Spiral Tunnels, Natural Bridge and Takakkaw Falls. Emerald Lake is also a favourite, one of the most magnificent lakes in the Canadian Rockies with awe-inspiring views. Lunch will be included on this tour. The rest of the evening is at leisure.

Day 4
Depart your hotel early morning for a short transfer to join the GoldLeaf Service® aboard Rocky Mountaineer® for your full two-day rail journey to Vancouver. This route will take you through the remarkable engineering achievement of the Spiral Tunnels and continue through Rogers Pass in the Glacier National Park. Onboard you will experience endless views of snow-capped mountains and stunning glaciers through the domed panoramic roof allowing you incredible photo opportunities. In Kamloops, depart from the train (transfers included) for an overnight stay in a Kamloops GoldLeaf class hotel (allocated on arrival).

Day 5
Re-board Rocky Mountaineer® ready for day two of show-stopping scenery and superior service. Following the Thompson River, you will pass through Ashcroft, the Rainbow Canyon with its beautiful colourful cliffs and on to the Fraser Canyon and Hells Gate. The last leg of this incredible journey takes you through the lush farming regions of Fraser Valley and on to the Pacific City of Vancouver. Upon arrival in Vancouver, transfers are included to the Pan Pacific Hotel or similar for your 2-night stay.
Meals included (all on the train): Breakfast, lunch, snacks, alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks.Â
Day 6
Today enjoy a sightseeing tour of Vancouver and the spectacular North Shore with breathtaking views of the city, ocean and surrounding mountains. Highlights include Grouse Mountain and the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Return to your hotel late afternoon to enjoy an evening at leisure, perhaps sampling Vancouver’s fine dining.

Day 7 – Embarkation Day
After breakfast at the hotel, and early morning at your leisure to take in any additional sites, you will be escorted to the Canada Place Cruise Terminal where you will board Seven Seas Explorer® to begin your ultra-luxury Alaskan cruise
