San Juan Del Sur Cruises
San Juan Del Sur is officially recognised as 'Nicaragua's Tourist Port' and has provided important exportation links since the early 16th Century.
As with many pacific-facing ports the waterfront is a picturesque setting and warrants further exploration, with some vantage points offering breathtaking views of the harbour. Beaches are easily accessible to both the north and south of the port, with the main town only a short walk away.
The laidback nature of the region is perfectly represented in San Juan Del Sur, and its many open-air bars and restuarants are perfect for sitting back and watching the world go by. While there, sample some of the cuisine, where locally caught seafood comes highly recommended.
