Isabela Island and Fernandina Island Cruises
Isabela Island is located in the Galapagos Islands and is the largest out of the group. The island was formed from several shield volcanoes merging; many of these are still active. The island is home to a huge variety of different flora and fauna including Galapagos Land Iguanas, penguins and Galapagos Hawks. Whales and Dolphins can also be seen in the waters surrounding the island.
Fernandina Island is located just west of Isabela Island, it is an active volcano. The island does not offer as much plant life as the other Galapagos Islands due to a volcanic eruption starting in April 2009; the volcano is still erupting and has created a rocky surface on most of the island. However, animals found on the island include the Flightless Cormorant, penguins and sea lions.
