Formentera Cruises
Formentera is the smallest of the four Balearic Islands. It is also the least developed and least crowded. On this idyllic island it is still possible to find yourself a strip of sand out of sight of tourist colonies and out of earshot of other tourists. Formentera's port is in the settlement of La Sabina, which is around 2 miles north of the administrative capital, San Francisco Javier. From San Francisco, the road runs south 3 miles towards Cabo de Barberia. There are a couple of tracks leading to the coast on the way. The road to the east of San Francisco runs down the middle of the island, with the main beaches of Mitjorn and Es Calo south and north of the road respectively. At the far eastern point of the island is the Formentera lighthouse.
