The Royal Wedding with Cunard

On the 29th April 2011, guests on board any of the three Cunard Cruise ships will be able to watch the Royal wedding as it is broadcast live.

Many guests who have already booked to cruise on the day of the Royal wedding, may be worried that they will miss the big day whilst they are at sea. However, there is no need to worry if sailing with Cunard as they plan to broadcast the historic union between the future King and Kate Middleton, live to all three cruise ships.

The Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria all feature Royal Court Theatres where the wedding will be broadcast.

As The Queen Mary 2 sails between New York and Southampton, 1,000 guests will be able to relax in the Royal Court Theatre as events unfold. In the case of demand for seating being higher than the 1,000 available in the Theatre, Cunard plan to show the Royal occasion in the Lecture Room and Planetarium as well.

Cunard Cruises have many links with the royal family as The Queen and The Duchess of Cornwall have both named cruise ships for the line. Due to the cruise lines unmatched links with the Royal Family, Cunard believe that many guests on board will have a high interest in seeing the Royal Wedding and will ensure these guests do not miss a thing.

Guests onboard any of Cunards cruise ships on the 29th April 2011, will enjoy a celebration day with a commemorative dinner and champagne toast.
