Spirit of Adventure
Spirit of Adventure joined the Saga Cruises fleet in 2020 and offers boutique-style cruise experiences in Northern Europe, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
The sister-ship to 2019’s Spirit of Discovery, Spirit of Adventure is designed to cater for no more than 999 guests and is the first of Saga’s cruise ships to offer a totally all-inclusive onboard experience, with drinks, dining in speciality restaurants, chauffeur transfers and gratuities all included in the fare at the time of booking.
Spirit of Adventure Accommodation
As with Spirit of Discovery, Saga Cruises have redesigned the cabins and suites on Spirit of Adventure to promote a more contemporary, luxurious feel. There are five main categories of accommodation onboard, ranging from 215 sq. Ft Twin Deluxe cabins to 885 sq. Ft Forward Suites. All of Spirit of Adventure’s accommodation categories have a private balcony and are equipped with a walk-in wardrobe, an entertainment system and spacious ensuite bathroom facilities.
Spirit of Adventure Accommodation for Solo Travellers
Saga has allocated 100 single occupancy cabins and suites for solo travellers who wish to experience cruising on Spirit of Adventure. There are four categories to choose from, each offering a private balcony and more than enough space in which to relax during lazy days at sea or for whenever you wish to relax away from the ship’s public areas.
Dining on Spirit of Adventure
The main restaurant on Spirit of Adventure is the Grand Dining Room, which offers international à la carte cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner in glorious two-tier surroundings, complete with chandeliers and pristine tableware. Here, you can also enjoy a freshly-prepared daily afternoon tea - a staple of any classic cruise experience!
Spirit of Adventure also boasts two brand new-to-Saga speciality dining venues. The Khukuri House is the first Nepalese restaurant at sea and serves up an incredible array of authentic flavours, while Amalfi is a must for those with an appetite for high-end Italian cuisine.
For a more informal option, the Supper Club offers a steakhouse-style menu coupled with a lively atmosphere courtesy of live music performed by the ship’s resident band.
Spirit of Adventure Facilities
Spirit of Adventure is home to an array of world-class features, which include the 400-seater Playhouse Theatre, where guests can enjoy cinema screenings and theatrical performances by the ship’s entertainment team. There is also a beautiful library, a gym packed with all the latest fitness equipment and a stunning spa area with a sauna, steam-rooms and a hydrotherapy pool.
Other facilities include:
- Observation Deck
- The Living Room
