New Extensive Menu for Oceania Cruises’ Grand Dining Room

Luxury cruise line rolls out 85 new dishes on Riviera

Oceania Cruises has announced that guests will be treated to a menu consisting of 85 new dishes when dining in Riviera’s Grand Dining Room.

The new additions were devised over a period of 8 months by Oceania’s Fleet Corporate Chef, Franck Geranger, who travels the world for the cruise line looking for inspired dishes and ingredients that might delight Oceania’s guests.

In amongst the 85 new dishes, there are three lobster dishes and ten risotto/pasta dishes, including Pancetta-wrapped Jumbo Shrimp, Diver Scallops over Orange-braised Endive with Vanilla Vinaigrette salad.

Commenting on the new menu, Oceania’s President, Kunal S. Karnlani said:

They reflect our ongoing commitment to provide an exceptional dining experience that starts with a thoughtful and meticulously researched menu concept, the highest-quality ingredients and the perfect execution of traditional culinary techniques”
