The dining options on Crystal Symphony are famed for offering Michelin-standard cuisine prepared by high-trained chefs. The ship’s main restaurant is Waterside, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves up international dishes on an open-seating basis.
The ship also has a range of alternative dining options. Most famous of these is the Umi Uma & Sushi Bar, which offers delicious Japanese delicacies designed by Chef “Nobu” Matsuhisa.
