AmaDahlia joined the AmaWaterways fleet in 2021 and is the operator’s first Egypt-based river ship. Purpose-built for cruising the Nile, AmaDahlia provides an elegant onboard experience for just 72 guests and boasts various facilities similar to those found in an exclusive land-based hotel. On an AmaDahlia cruise, you can look forward to enjoying award-winning service, world-class dining experiences and a programme of complimentary excursions to historical sites and places of interest.
Throughout 2024 and 2025, AmaDahlia offers you the opportunity to explore the Nile on a 7-night voyage departing from Luxor. The itinerary includes visits to the Valley of the Kings, the ancient city of Edfu and the Nubian Village of Hessa. To enhance your experience, you can extend your trip with pre-or post-cruise stays in Dubai, Jordan or Israel.

AmaDahlia’s luxurious suite accommodation.
Comprised of 18 staterooms and 16 suites, the accommodation on AmaDahlia is elegantly appointed and provides the ideal base from which to enjoy your Nile cruise. All accommodation categories include a private ensuite bathroom, climate control, a vanity desk and a personal safe. Furthermore, all guests receive complimentary WiFi and access to on-demand movies via a 42-inch flatscreen television.

The Main Restaurant
Located on the ship’s Lilly Deck, the Main Restaurant is AmaDahlia’s principal dining venue. The Main Restaurant provides a great choice of buffet-style dishes during breakfast and lunch, with international options, regional specialities and light bites available during each service. The evening meal is served course-by-course at your table and features mouthwatering meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes alongside a selection of Egyptian and North African classics.
Chef’s Al Fresco Restaurant
The Chef’s Al Fresco Restaurant is AmaDahlia’s speciality dining venue. Situated on the Jasmine Deck near the top of the ship, the Al Fresco Restaurant offers open-air dining and fantastic views of the passing scenery.

All meals are complimentary on an AmaDahlia Nile cruise, with wine, local beers and soft drinks included during lunch and dinner.
Activities, Entertainment & Facilities
The Sun Deck on AmaDahlia.
During the day, life aboard AmaDahlia is relaxing and informal, focusing on exploring the neighbouring attractions. However, should you not wish to participate in one of the many excursions available, you will have the option of remaining on the ship to use the various facilities. The Sun Deck is AmaDahlia’s most popular area during the day due to its fantastic pool area and large swimming pool. In addition, the Sun Deck has a bar and ample seating, making it the perfect place to relax with your favourite drink while enjoying incredible views of the Nile and its surrounding scenery.
Where health and fitness are concerned, AmaDahlia provides a range of wellness activities. You can choose to spend your time in the fitness suite, which allows access to the latest gym equipment or participate in a class led by one of the ship’s instructors. AmaDahlia also boasts two massage rooms and a beauty salon that provides a range of treatments.
After dinner, AmaDahlia’s Main Lounge provides most of the evening entertainment and offers a relaxing environment to catch up with fellow guests while enjoying a cocktail.
