Explora Journeys, a luxury travel brand within the MSC Group that offers ocean experiences, has introduced a new loyalty program called Explora Club. This program aims to enhance every trip for travellers, making their journeys even more enjoyable.
Membership Levels and Perks
Explora Club welcomes guests to an easy-to-understand membership program with five levels: Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers special perks, such as skipping the line, attending personalised events, receiving unique gifts, and enjoying exclusive discounts. As members travel more with Explora Club, they unlock additional benefits that enhance their experiences on the ship and during land adventures.
Earning and Unlocking Benefits
The levels are determined by the number of nights at sea, multiplied by the type of suite chosen. Extra points can be earned by participating in special activities before or during the journey, such as unique experiences or spending on onboard services. This includes things like wellness programs, special dining events, drinks, laundry services, and shopping at The Journey boutique.

Explora Club launched on April 9, 2025, inviting guests to join and earn rewards. By July 2025, members have access to a special section called 'My Explora,' where they can see their rewards and membership level. The program also takes into account past trips to help determine each member's status.
The Future of Explora Journeys
Explora Journeys is planning to create a collection of six luxury cruise ships by 2028, aiming to redefine ocean travel through elegance, personalised experiences, and meaningful journeys. Currently,
