Explora II entered service in 2024 as the second ship in the Explora Journeys fleet. Building on the success of Explora I, she offers the same all-suite accommodation, exceptional dining and contemporary approach to luxury cruising that has quickly established Explora Journeys as one of the industry’s most exciting luxury brands.

For most guests, the decision comes down to itinerary, departure date and fare rather than the ship itself. Explora I and Explora II are virtually identical in their design, accommodation, restaurants and public spaces, so you’ll enjoy a remarkably similar onboard experience whichever you choose. Explora III builds on the original design with a number of enhancements, including Shore Club on 11, a larger Conservatory Pool, a redesigned Lobby Bar and an integrated Ocean Wellness Centre. However, the accommodation, dining venues and overall atmosphere remain remarkably consistent across the fleet, meaning Explora II continues to offer the same contemporary luxury experience that guests have come to expect from Explora Journeys.

Your fare includes all-suite accommodation, dining across six restaurants, premium beverages including champagne, fine wines and spirits, gratuities, high-speed Wi-Fi and 24-hour in-suite dining. Access to the fitness facilities is also included, while shore excursions, spa treatments, boutique purchases and dining at Anthology are available at an additional cost.

The Ocean Terrace Suites offer outstanding value and are among the most spacious entry-level suites in luxury cruising. Ocean Penthouses provide additional living space and larger terraces, while the Ocean Residences and Owner’s Residence deliver a truly residential experience with expansive accommodation and enhanced personalised service. For most guests, yes. Dining, premium drinks, gratuities, Wi-Fi and in-suite dining are all included, meaning very little is paid for once you’re on board. The principal additional costs are shore excursions, spa treatments, shopping and dining at Anthology.
