The recent unveiling of a refreshed logo and visual identity marks an exciting new chapter for Atlas Ocean Voyages. Inspired by the journeys shared between guests and destinations, the new look reflects Atlas’ position as a leader in luxury yachting expeditions. That evolution now takes physical form with the announcement of Atlas Adventurer, the line’s first luxury expedition sailing yacht.
A New Atlas Class Takes Shape
Currently under construction, Atlas Adventurer will be the first ship in the new Atlas class. Purpose built for global exploration, she represents a significant step forward for the brand.
At 26,000 gross tonnes and 690 feet in length, Atlas Adventurer will welcome up to 400 guests, supported by an international crew of around 275. While offering more space and expanded facilities, the ship remains true to Atlas’ boutique style of hospitality, with all accommodation designed as spacious suites.
Thoughtful Innovation and Sustainable Sailing
Sustainability sits at the heart of Atlas Adventurer’s design. The yacht will feature dual fuel engines, electric hybrid propulsion and a powerful battery system, allowing for quieter and more efficient sailing.
Three carbon fibre masts with solid sails enable sail assisted cruising when conditions allow, reducing fuel consumption and supporting near silent navigation. This approach reflects Atlas’ belief that true luxury is defined by thoughtful design, responsible exploration and a deeper connection to the ocean.
Designed for Worldwide Exploration
Built for a wide range of destinations, Atlas Adventurer features a reinforced hull, Ice Class 1B capability and advanced stabilisation systems. These allow her to navigate polar regions, remote coastlines and smaller ports with confidence and comfort.
This next generation design gives Atlas greater flexibility to explore destinations that require both technical capability and refined onboard comfort.
All suite living with elevated comfort! Every accommodation onboard Atlas Adventurer is a suite, setting a new standard across every category. Even entry level suites are generously sized, while higher categories offer expansive layouts ideal for longer voyages.
Design throughout is contemporary, refined and residential in feel. Soft tones, elegant furnishings and thoughtful layouts create a calm retreat, perfect after a day of exploration ashore.
Social Spaces, Dining and Wellness Reimagined
Community is central to the Atlas experience, and Atlas Adventurer introduces an expanded range of social spaces. Guests will enjoy five lounges and cocktail bars, along with two outdoor bars, each offering a distinct atmosphere throughout the day and evening.
Dining becomes part of the journey itself, with seven dining venues including specialty restaurants and a new culinary studio focused on destination inspired experiences. Wellness is equally enhanced, with a larger fitness and spa centre, swimming pool and inviting outdoor areas designed for relaxation.
Built for Immersive Discovery
True to Atlas’ expedition spirit, Atlas Adventurer is equipped for meaningful exploration. A fleet of Zodiacs, luxury motorboats and a dedicated marina platform allow guests to engage with destinations up close, whether exploring ashore, kayaking or swimming directly from the ship.
Expanding the Atlas Horizon – From late 2028, Atlas Adventurer will sail new regions across Asia and Africa, including Japan, Southeast Asia, the Seychelles and South Africa. These itineraries reflect Atlas’ carefully considered growth, expanding its global reach while maintaining intimacy and authenticity.
