Louisa is Reservations Manager at The Cruise Line. She started as one of our Voyage Consultants and has sailed with many of the world's leading luxury lines. She has reviewed Silversea's Silver Ray and Scenic Azure on Portugal's Douro River, which was her first river cruise. One of her favourite memories is dining at Prego on board Crystal Serenity.
