Begin with two full days in Barcelona, ideal for exploring neighborhoods, markets, and evening dining before heading east. Along the Riviera, walk ashore in Nice and Genoa, then linger overnight in Livorno with time for Florence and Pisa. Calls in Rome, Naples, and Messina trace Italy’s cultural spine, with an overnight in Naples opening access to Pompeii, Capri, and the city after dark. The voyage then shifts into the Adriatic, featuring extended stays in Dubrovnik and Zadar, followed by overnights in Venice that frame both arrival and departure through the lagoon. Between regions, leisurely sea days offer time to enjoy onboard dining, open decks, and the relaxed pace of small-ship sailing.
