Take a closer look at Japan on this 12-day cruise with a stop in South Korea. After embarking in Tokyo, our first port of call is Shimizu, where you will be entranced by the view of Mount Fuji. Continuing west, we reach vibrant Osaka, renowned for its castle and its street food, and then turn southwest to the Okinawa archipelago. After a sea day, we visit South Korea’s Jeju island and then call at the Japanese city of Nagasaki to reflect on its somber past, now memorialized at the Atomic Bomb Museum. Kagoshima, with its active volcano and hot springs, is our final port of call before we sail back to Tokyo.
