We head to Dubrovnik now, on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, the old walled city that has gained new fans from starring as a location in Game of Thrones. The lush green island of Corfu offers a pine-scented introduction to Greece, followed by a second beautiful Ionian island, mountainous Cephalonia. Now to the mainland and the cliff-hugging medieval town of Monemvasia, before we reach our final destination, Piraeus, gateway to Athens.
