Star Flyer is almost identical in design to her sister ship Star Clipper, at 379 feet in length and 2,298 tons, she provides a total of 85 staterooms of varying size and luxury to 170 passengers. The vessel’s interior is in a classic Edwardian nautical style throughout, with a pleasing amount of teak wood and brass.

Star Flyer is first and foremost a sailing vessel and much of the passenger entertainment is obtained from a traditional 19th-century-style sailing experience. The Captain gives regular briefings and explanations about the workings of the ship and each day passengers are encouraged to participate in changing the rigging or hoisting up the main sail. Other diversions aboard the Star Flyer include 2 pools, a library and an exciting water sports programme.

The dining room is an attractive venue, which caters for all of her passenger’s culinary needs. Breakfast and lunch involve huge flavoursome buffets while dinner is chosen from a creative a la carte menu. Star Flyer allows one to enjoy some of the most breathtaking pacific destinations, such as Tahiti or French Polynesia, in timeless elegance and modern comfort.
