Seabourn Encore is a 600-guest ultra-luxury cruise ship which joined the Seabourn fleet in 2017. Designed to represent a new era for Seabourn, Seabourn Encore boasts an exceptionally high space-to-guest ratio, fantastic all-suite accommodation and an array of world-class dining experiences.
Seabourn Encore Accommodation
There are seven categories of suite accommodation available on Seabourn Encore. All of the suites benefit from a private veranda, en-suite bathroom facilities and a queen-size bed (twin configuration is also possible).
The suite categories on Seabourn Encore are as follows:
In terms of amenities, all of the suite options have a comfortable seating area, a dining table for two, a mini-bar, entertainment system and walk-in wardrobe. The larger suites (from Penthouse upwards) have a separate sleeping area, while the Owner’s Suite and above have larger living spaces, whirlpool bathtubs and a pantry with a wet bar.
Seabourn Encore Dining & Restaurants
One of the best things about cruising on Seabourn Encore is the range of dining experiences available. The main dining room, The Restaurant, is a beautifully designed space located on Deck 3 which is capable of seating up to 400 guests. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu changes daily and consists of international favourites and dishes inspired by Seabourn’s partner-and-chef, Thomas Keller.
Thomas Keller’s influence on Seabourn Encore extends further with The Grill. Taking cues from the classic American steakhouse experience, this reservation-only restaurant serves up everything from macaroni cheese and New England Clam Chowder to Snake River Farm’s prime beef. Alternatively, those with a taste for Japanese cuisine will love Sushi. Here, you can enjoy a colourful menu consisting of sushi, sashimi and nigiri – all presented with Seabourn’s customary flair.

Seabourn Encore Entertainment & Facilities
Life onboard Seabourn Encore is informal and unhurried. When not exploring ashore, you are free to enjoy the ship’s public spaces; which include two outdoor pools, a hot tub, library and a Sky Bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink from an elevated position above the pool deck. Seabourn Square is perhaps the most popular social area during the day. Here, you can relax in a club-style atmosphere, use the onboard computers or partake in a spot of retail therapy in one of the ship's boutiques.
Where wellness facilities are concerned, Seabourn Encore boasts a spa that easily revivals those you would find in one of the world’s top hotels, while those seeking a little bit of exclusivity will love The Retreat. Situated on the top deck, this exclusive area offers its a bar service, cabanas and a whirlpool.
In terms of enrichment, Seabourn’s lauded ‘Seabourn Conversations’ programme is available on many voyages. A refreshing take on the traditional concept of ‘guest speaking’, those invited to participate will not just deliver presentations. Instead, they will also be available throughout the sailing for casual chats, meal sharing and accompany shore excursions.
When night falls, Seabourn Encore offers musical performances designed by Belinda King in The Grand Salon and late-night dancing in The Club. On selected itineraries, you will also enjoy Seabourn’s Evening Under The Starts, whereby you can enjoy live music, dancing and delicious BBQ served on the pool deck.
