Prime 7  – Prime 7 is the lines signature Steakhouse offering everything from 32 ounce USDA Prime Porterhouse Steak to a whole Maine Lobster.

Signatures – Signatures offers authentic French cuisine is an art form reserved for the masters. Dishes include Scallops marinated in herb oil, spring onions, and mashed potato and Creamy mushroom soup with candied garlic.

Compass Rose – Compass Rose is the flagship restaurant aboard every vessel in the fleet. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner here with dishes ranging from Fresh Berry Tartlet for this with a sweet tooth to Roasted Rack of Lamb.

La Veranda – La Veranda is open for breakfast and lunch and offers regional specialties that often reflect the cuisines of the countries called on, such as Mediterranean Sea Bass and Grilled Lamb Chops with Spanish Sherry Sauce.

Sette Mari at La Veranda –  Enjoy an extensive menu of authentic antipasti and Italian specialties served á la carte and paired with fine Italian wines. There are several menus available here with dishes including Thinly Pounded Milk-Fed Veal Chop, Breaded and Golden Fried, Covered with Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese and Classic Seafood Stew with Shrimp, Scallops, Lobster, Clams, Mussels, Calamari and Fresh Fish, Sautéed with Garlic, White Wine, Parsley and Fresh Tomato Broth and Served with Crusty Bread for Dipping. Delicious!

Pool Grill – The Pool Grill offers an array of poolside treats, such as grilled seafood, burgers, fresh salads and even milkshakes.  A causal option for daytime snacking or grabbing something quick before heading ashore.
