Very impressive are the market square with the typical Franconian half-timbered houses, the simple Gothic parish church with the tombs of the counts of Wertheim as well as the city hall and the Angel Fountain dating back to 1574. From the city center, you will have a beautiful view onto the castle located on a hill high above Wertheim.
