This wonderful itinerary is a chance to sample the very best of what your luxury Compagnie du Ponant vessel has to offer, whilst enjoying some of Europe’s most visited ports of call.

Amsterdam is the largest city and the capital of the Netherlands and it has plenty to offer every traveller. Excursions for this port of call include ‘Scenic Villages of Holland’ and Canal Cruise and Anne Frank’. The Anne Frank House is certainly not to be missed, the moment you walk through the door you can feel the young girl’s story. The museum tells the history of the eight people in hiding and those who helped them during World War II. Anne Frank's diary is among the original objects on display. Due to the limited size of the interior of the Anne Frank House, the visit is self-guided. Despite all the renovations, the core of the museum, the Secret Annex, has remained in authentic condition.

Hamburg is Germany’s second largest city and certainly worth exploring. One highlighted excursion for this port is the ‘Hamburg City Tour’ during which you will have the opportunity to take in the very best of what this vibrant city has to offer. The City Hall and Stock Exchange, Exhibition Centre and 19 th century court buildings all await your arrival, and maybe a few more.

Le Boréal was built with sophistication and style in mind, she is the creation of the Italian Fincantieri shipyard and firmly influenced with French sophistication, as interpreted by designer Jean-Philippe Nuel. The two combined created a stunning vessel which was ultimately awarded ‘Best New Ship of the Year’ in 2010 by the European Cruiser Association. A true mega-yacht that stands alone, she has just 132 cabins onboard with room for 264 passengers making her ideal for those hoping to experience a voyage on a smaller vessel. A vessel that literally does offer personal touches in the spirit of a private yacht.

We also have a second superb voyage available aboard Le Boreal. This itinerary would be ideal for first time cruisers and those simply hoping to escape for a few days.
