Outdoor Oasis Awaits Guests On Seven Seas Explorer

When Seven Seas Explorer joins the Regent Seven Seas Cruises fleet in July 2016, she will offer her guests a true outdoor oasis at sea – complete with a luxurious pool retreat and sports decks.

She is pinned as the most luxurious cruise ship ever built, and her outdoor relaxation and fitness areas are promised to be just as impressive. The pool and sports decks of the all-suite vessel will exhibit the same extraordinary level of detail found in her opulent suites, gourmet restaurants and elegant lounges, and feature a variety of relaxation and outdoor recreation options for guests.

Luxurious Pool Deck Provides Intimate Retreat

The Deck 11 oasis will provide an intimate setting for relaxing, swimming and enjoying the ever changing vistas. With rich teak, natural stone and luxurious marble, the geometrical design of Seven Seas Explorer’s centrepiece pool will evoke a welcoming, modern feel.

An expansive 3-inch deep shallow section will be the ideal place to cool off, while the end nearest the Pool Grill will feature 2 large hot tubs. Sheer curtains will offer a level of intimacy around the pool, creating secluded, private escapes where guests can relax, and stylish double loungers, some perched on raised platforms, will enhance the elegant design.

The centre stage will create the perfect venue for special poolside musical performances and an array of lighting effects in the evening are bound to set the mood for any outdoor occasion.

Adjacent to the pool area, guests can enjoy the Pool Grill which will serve breakfast, lunch, snacks, sweets and drinks.

Sports and Sun-Deck Offer Recreation at Sea

Deck 12 will combine a dedicated sports area with a sun-deck for those wishing to enjoy more active pursuits or soak in the sun with spectacular views over the horizon. The sports area will feature a deck shuffleboard, putting greens, golf nets, bocce court, paddle tennis and jogging track.

Seven Seas Explorer

With a one-of-a-kind 3,875-square-foot Regent Suite, extravagantly designed lounges, and lavish gourmet restaurants, Regent Seven Seas is setting a new standard for luxury holidays at sea with the launch of Seven Seas Explorer.

At 54,000 gross tons, she will be larger than her three fleet sisters and will offer accommodation across 369 suites for just 750 guests, which means she will boast one of the best passenger-to-space ratios in the cruise industry.

Her maiden voyage will be a 14-night sailing from Monte Carlo to Venice on 20 July 2016, and she will remain in Europe for the majority of her inaugural season, sailing 11 voyages that crisscross the Mediterranean before making her North American debut in Miami in December.
