The country of Monaco is located on the northern border of France, with a Mediterranean coast. Monaco is made up of the old city, Monte Carlo the more modern resort area and the northwest section, La Condamine. The country has been well known since 1929, for holding the Monaco Grand Prix every year. Though the country is small there is much to explore from boutique shops to traditional buildings to spacious sandy beaches.
