MV Louisiane 2016 & 2017 Itineraries
Louisiane commences her service for French America Line with a collection of inaugural voyages throughout the 2016 summer season. Sailings include Memphis to Louisville, St. Louis to St. Paul and Nashville roundtrips. As you might expect, every itinerary has been planned to perfection and feature a blend of old-world and new-world attractions; from plantation houses and historic sites to vast wildernesses steeped in frontier spirit.
In 2017, MV Louisiane will commence her season with a range of voyages between Memphis and New Orleans. In summer, she will spend her time taking in the 'Heart of America' with river tours between St. Paul and St. Louis before heading back to the Deep South for the winter season, which also features a number of 'celebration sailings' over the Festive period.
Every voyage aboard Louisiane with French America Line includes a one night pre-cruise hotel stay.
MV Louisiane - Accommodation
Louisiane offers guests a variety of onboard accommodations; everything from a 140sq.ft Superior Stateroom the 267sq.ft Richelieu Suite. She boasts some of the largest suites and staterooms of any river ship and as such is the perfect haven for relaxing in after a days' exploration.

Richelieu Suite | 239-267sq ft (approx.): These stunning suites offer panoramic views, a promenade seating area and a queen-size bed. Guests staying in a Richelieu Suite also benefit from a complimentary laundry service and fresh fruit and flowers on arrival. Richelieu Suite guests also receive complimentary access to exclusive Curator's Collection Shore Excursions throughout their chosen voyage.
Panarama Suite | 207 sq ft (approx.): These wonderful suites feature a French Balcony and Queen Size bed, fresh fruit and flowers upon arrival and a complimentary laundry service.
Veranda/Promenade Stateroom | 165 sq ft (approx.): Boasting a 42sq.ft private veranda, these staterooms offer two standard-size twin beds (which convert to a Queen Size), a seating area and built-in-storage. Promenade Staterooms feature direct access to the ship's promenade.
French Balcony Stateroom | 220 sq ft (approx.): Slightly larger in size but offer the same facilities as the Veranda Stateroom.
Deluxe Stateroom | 143 sq ft (approx.): Louisiane's Deluxe Staterooms are tastefully decorated and feature two standard-size twin beds which convert into one Queen Size bed.
Superior Stateroom | 140 sq ft (approx.): Despite being smaller than the Deluxe Stateroom, the Superior Stateroom offers the same facilities and amenities.
Louisiane - Onboard Features & Facilities
Louisiane has been designed for boutique-style cruising. Her open decks offer the perfect space in which to relax as you sail past the charming towns and waterside communities on route to your next destinations. With only 75 staterooms, she exudes a unique character and onboard ambience that you are unlikely to experience on a larger vessel.
The Veranda is Louisiane's bistro and offers walls of windows which allow guests to take in the beautiful scenery whilst enjoying a casual dinner. The Crescent Room offers a more formal dining experience as Chef de Cuisine, Regina Charboneau, serves up delicious regionally-influenced dishes and continental creations. At night, The Crescent Room transforms into Louisiane's evening cabaret venue.
Those wishing to relax with pre-dinner drinks and conversation should head to the ultra-tasteful Royal Bar, while the ship's Great River Lounge serves as both a movie theatre and card-game venue, and is open throughout the day to guests looking for to spend a few hours relaxing.
