Built in 2008, MS Scenic Diamond is a luxury river vessel and the sister ship to MS Scenic Sapphire. She offers all-inclusive river cruise experiences in France.

In 2017, MS Scenic Diamond spent time in the dry dock where her capacity was reduced from 167 to 149 guests. During this period, her Wellness Centre was expanded and two brand new 510. sq. ft Royal Owners Suites were added to the accommodation options.

MS Scenic Diamond Accommodation

MS Scenic Diamond offers a choice of luxury accommodations, with many of the staterooms providing fantastic views courtesy of a private balcony. All of the accommodation onboard feature flat-screen televisions, ‘L’Occitane bathroom products, a mini-bar, hairdryer and ‘Scenic’s signature ”Scenic Slumber Bed”.

MS Scenic Diamond Dining

The main restaurant onboard is the Diamond Dining Room, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner on an open-seating basis. Breakfast and lunch are generally buffet-style, with guests free to choose from various international dishes. The evening meal is served course-by-course at the table, often with a choice of three dishes, as well as additional options for those with dietary requirements.

MS Scenic Diamond also offers a choice of two speciality restaurants. The first of these is Portobellos, which specialises in authentic Italian cuisine. This intimate space only caters for 25 guests during a single seating, so while there is no surcharge, it is highly recommended to book your table in advance. The second speciality restaurant – Table Le Rive – is even more exclusive. Here, ten guests are given the opportunity to enjoy a six-course dining experience, while sat close to the ‘ship’s galley.

The coffee bar offers a more informal experience during breakfast and lunch, while room service is also available should you wish to dine in your stateroom or suite.

MS Scenic Diamond Facilities

In terms of facilities, MS Scenic Diamond is exceptionally well-equipped. The large salon and spa area are comparable to that of a five-star hotel, while the Panorama Lounge offers ample space and comfortable seating to watch the world go by, courtesy of large windows.

Fitness enthusiasts will also enjoy cruising on MS Scenic Diamond, which also boasts a gym/fitness suite and a walking track.
