Holland America Chef’s ‘A Taste of Celebration’

Rudi Sodamin, the Master Chef of Holland America Line has completed third of his cookery books included in the Culinary Signature Collections.

The book is called ‘A Taste of Celebration’ and follows ‘A Taste of Elegance’ and ‘A Taste of Excellence’. The book contains a variety of recipes for many different celebrations including Easter, Thanksgiving, Fathers Day and many more. The book also features recipes from menus presented at many of the events onboard Holland America Line cruises such as cocktail parties, Captain’s Dinners and Master Chef’s dinner.

The book will be available onboard and in well known book shops and is said to inspire guests to recreate the delicious and exciting dishes they may have tasted onboard their cruise. Holland America Line has received many awards for the exquisite cuisine served onboard due to Rudi Sodamin’s unique style. The master chef has introduced many ideas to the cruise line including dining venues such as Canaletto, an Italian themed restaurant and Tamarind, a Pan- Asian themed restaurant. Holland America cruises also feature cooking demonstrations and small cookery classes onboard featuring guest chefs and talented onboard chefs.
