Geraldton is a major town on the rugged central westcoast of Australia. The town has an interesting museum with records andrelics of early Dutch shipwrecks and the interestingly designed StFrancis Xavier Cathedral. There is also an Art Gallery, lobster factorytour. The beaches are popular with windsurfers.
