Destinations - Australia & New Zealand - CID Harbour

Cid Harbour is gateway to the 70-odd islands of the Whitsunday group, probably the best known and most developed of the Barrier Reef islands. The group was named by Captain Cook who sailed through the area on July 3, 1770. The islands are scattered on both sides of the Whitsunday Passage, within 50 km of Cid Harbour, the jumping-off point for the many cruises through the group.
