The Deluxe Window Suite.
When you book a Seven Seas Navigator cruise, you have a choice of seven suite categories to choose from, six of which boast a private balcony. Deluxe Veranda Suite
Like many of the ship’s suites, the Deluxe Veranda Suite underwent significant upgrades during Seven Seas Navigator’s refurbishment in 2019. Boasting floor-to-ceiling views, a private balcony, and a new-look interior decor, the Deluxe Veranda Suite now compares to those found on newer Regent vessels like Seven Seas Explorer and Seven Seas Splendor.
Navigator Suite
If you’re looking for apartment-style accommodation, the Navigator Suite is the ideal choice. Book this suite and enjoy the benefits of a large living area (complete with a dining room table), a separate bedroom with access to substantial bathroom facilities, and an oversized private balcony.
Master Suite
Inspired by New York’s ultra-hip Park Avenue, the Master Suite on Seven Seas Navigator is everything you would expect from the top suite on one of the world’s leading luxury cruise ships. Dining with Regent Seven Seas is an experience to be cherished, with each mealtime presenting the opportunity to enjoy a new culinary adventure. Seven Seas Navigator boasts five dining venues, with options ranging from casual light bites to exquisite fine dining. Of course, you can also dine in-suite should you require, with selected dishes from the main restaurants available to order throughout the day and night.

Compass Rose
Compass Rose is the main dining venue on Seven Seas Navigator and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu is varied, consisting of international favourites and a selection of specially selected dishes that reflect the culinary traditions of the region you are cruising.
La Veranda
La Veranda is one of the informal dining venues on Seven Seas Navigator. Open for breakfast and lunch, it serves up a wide variety of buffet-style fare, with cooked-to-order service stations available for hot dishes. La Veranda also benefits from a spacious outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy your meal while taking in the view.

Pool Grill
A cruise classic, Seven Seas Navigator’s Pool Grill is in easy reach of the ship’s pool and sun loungers, making it an excellent option for a snack anytime during the day. Here, you can enjoy hotdogs, burgers, salads, pasta and pizza. For dessert, treat yourself to delicious ice cream with all the toppings or indulge in a US-style milkshake.
Prime 7
Prime 7 is Regent Seven Seas’ famous American-style steakhouse. In many ways, it echoes the type of exclusive bar and grill you might find in New York, yet little touches such as the oversized wooden menus and leather chairs add an element of unquestionable elegance. The menu in Prime 7 is brimming with delicious cuts of meat, fresh lobster, and an array of mouthwatering sides.
Sette Mari At La Veranda
La Veranda transforms into a casual, authentic Italian eaterie during the evening, serving classic culinary staples from Naples and beyond. The menu at Sette Mari on Seven Seas Navigator changes every two nights, so you’ll have plenty of choices, even if you decide to dine there more than once on your cruise.
Entertainment, Activities & Facilities
The Seven Seas Lounge.
Even though Seven Seas Navigator is the smallest ship in Regent’s fleet, she still offers plenty for guests to do. In addition, many of her public areas were updated in 2019, meaning the facilities and entertainment options available are consistent with those you would find on newer ships like Seven Seas Explorer and Seven Seas Splendor.
During the day:
The redesigned Pool Deck area is one of the most popular spaces on Seven Seas Navigator. Providing ample sun loungers and seating, you can choose to take a dip in the heated pool or relax in one of the two whirlpools.
On deck 11 is the mezzanine Sports Deck, where you will find most of the jogging track along with activity-led equipment, such as golf nets, shuffleboard, and a putting green. Additionally, fitness enthusiasts will love the gym, which boasts cardio and strength training equipment at the top of the ship on deck 12.
Also on deck 12, you will find Serene Spa & Wellness, which provides an idyllic environment for a range of spa treatments. The spa’s position at the ship’s stern allows for stunning views courtesy of the exclusive Infinity Pool. Wellness pursuits are an increasingly popular aspect of cruising, so Serene’s offering extends beyond the physical spa area, with selected shore excursions tailored to those who have an interest.
Seven Seas Navigator’s boutiques are positioned on deck 7 and offer a selection of luxury goods, including perfumes, aftershaves, clothing and jewellery. Finally, stop at the new-Coffee Connections on deck 6 for a delicious coffee and sit back to watch glorious views of stunning ocean vistas or passing landscapes.
When night falls:
During the evening, much of the entertainment on Seven Seas Navigator takes place in the ship’s Seven Seas Lounge. The two-tier auditorium boasts clear sightlines, bar service and comfortable seating, making it the perfect environment to enjoy performances from the Regent Signature Orchestra.

For pre-or post-dinner drinks, head to one of the ship’s lounges and relax with your favourite tipple. The Navigator Lounge often hosts live musical performances, while Galileo’s is an elegantly-appointed nightspot offering a vast menu of cocktails and beverages.
