The cruise was excellent but joining the cruise was a very unpleasant experience. We were met after landing at Dubai prior to immigration and the process meant that we ended up in very long queues and delayed going through passport. The process of getting us on to the bus and then checking in was really really slow and badly planned. Too many people at the same time. Suffice to say this will steer me away from similar processes for Celebrity cruises. Without this bad experience I would have rated the cruise 5 stars....
Very confident to continue to use the service for future bookings.
The service and communication is excellent, responses to enquiries are quickly received. Prices are ver competitive.
