Since redevelopment in 1972, and further enhancement in 1981, Caldera Port has seen itself grow into one of the most used ports in the region and is now frequented by many of the worlds best cruise lines. Whilst there are not many customer focused amenities in the ports direct vacinity (aside from the usual local venders), the real beauty of Caldera is its rural landscape, accentuated by rainforests, wildlife reserves, mountain ranges and cotton rivers.
